So, I am a HUGE reader and spend alot of my time reading. Every since I really started getting into reading when I was about 12, I have read numerous books by tons of different authors. Some I liked, some I didn’t, and some I absolutely loved so much that I think y’all have to know about them and read in your lifetime because they will change your life. They are SOO worth your time and will get sucked into them immediately. So without further ado, here are 5 of my favourite books that will change your life.
#1) Under Different Stars by Amy A. Bartol
This book is the 1st book in a series called The Kricket Series. It is a sci-fi, fantasy novel. And it is bottom line fantastic. The plot and general idea is different than any other young adult novel you have read. It is no alien, vampire or werewolf romance novel, (although there is a little bit of romance). It is about a whole other race and world that is so interesting and intriging and cool. The main character, Kricket, is a kick butt, brave, smart woman protagnist who is just awesome. All these things together will have you hooked from the first couple of pages. You should definitely read this book. For more information about what it is about, click here.
#2) The Fault In Our Stars by John Green
If you have not read or even heard of this book before, I will be SHOCKED. This book is so amazingly and beautifully written and the plot is just heartbreakingly life changingly touching. It will open your eyes and chkange your life. I LOVE this book. The main characters are Hazel and Augustus Waters and they are simply amazing and wonderful to read about. They will make you laugh and cry the whole way through. You will be sucked right into John Green’s writing and story and it will feel like you are right there with them on a rollercoster that only goes up my friends!! READ THIS BOOK. #3) Love Letters To The Dead by Ava Dellaria
This book is an contemporary novel and it is simple beautiful. The whole story is a series of letters written by the main character, Laurel, to a variety of celebrities and singers that she looks up to. The whole story is just so inspiring and life changing. You really can connect and relate to this girl who goes through so much trying to find out who she is and with the events leading to and death of her sister. This book is great and so awesomely written. It teaches you and opens your eyes and is so very lovely. You should go and read this book. Right now. To find out more click here.
#4) All The Bright Places by Jennifer Niven
This book is another life changing, heartbreaker. It was so well written and so well weaved together into this intricate story that sheds a little bit of light on mental illnesses and depression. I love the two main characters and how they kinda of help and grow to together. I love their relationship and the little adventures they go on together. This book will open your eyes and make you think and reflect on your life. So, you just have to read this exquisite story. Learn more about this book here.
#5) Just One Day by Gayle Forman
This book is an coming of age, finding yourself story. The main lesson I learned was that sometime you have to become lost so you can be found and that’s what the plot kinda embodied. It’s the story of a girl who goes on a trip in Europe, and meets a boy who for one day takes her to Paris and shows her around. Naturally, she falls for him and when she wakes in the morning.. well you have to read the book to find out. It is a really good, well written Gayle Forman novel and I highly recommend it. Find out more here. There is also a companion novel and a novella to go with it.
There you have it! 5 very well done books that will change your life and your prespective on it after you read them. So go do that. Right now please. And Thank you ☺️
